Is the Indian Constitution is most discriminating document?
It divides people based upon their Religion, Language, Culture, Caste, Region and Social status. Implementation of this constitution by Indian Government perpetuate those inequalities. Relevant clauses that deals with above categories are as follows.
1. By Region:
Article 370 created two distinct regions. One for Muslims (J&K) and another (rest of India) for Muslims plus others.
