How most tolerant people transformed into most intolerant zealots.

Whites (Romans) were one of the most tolerant people on this planet. They willingly encouraged different traditions (faiths) in Roman (White) empire. They build vast empire in Europe, Africa and Asia. And they were most powerful people during their time. They ruled over Blacks, Jews and other native people throughout their empire. But they were very tolerant and benevolent masters and treated subjects in a humane manner as long as those natives accepted White (Roman) authority.

As the Roman Empire expanded, and included people from a variety of cultures, more and more Gods were incorporated into the Roman religion. The legions brought home Religions originating from Egypt, Britain, Iberia, Germany, India and Persia. The Religions of Cybele, Isis, Mithras, and Sol Invictus were particularly important. Some of those were initiatory religions of intense personal significance.

Whites (Romans) are tolerant of multitude of religions. And none of those religions try to dominate or kill other religions. Various sections of White (Romans) population of Europe co-existed and accepted and tolerated other faiths. They all were having fun of their lives.

At that juncture hoards of Christians descended from Asia with their hateful ideology and penetrated peaceful White (Roman) society. They started mocking and attacking White (Roman or Pagan) religion. They were very intolerant of other religions and faiths prevailing in White (Roman) society. With repeated attacks on Whites(Romans), some how they softened the hearts of few poor and illiterate White women (like Helena the mother of Constantine I). Their fortunes started to rise. But they were intolerant to other religions and faiths.

Christian missionary Constantine I captured political power over Whites (Romans or Pagans) and implemented pogroms and destroyed White (Pagan) Religion with in no time. After 312AD they captured political power, and by 400AD they totally destroyed ancient Pagan (White or Romans) religion, culture, society, traditions, books, libraries, sacred places, Temples.

It was a shock for Whites (Romans or Pagans). Before they allowed various religions into their hearts. They all lived peacefully. They thought that Christianity is another such religion and welcomed it with open hearts and open hands. But they realized how different it is, and how dangerous it is for their society and to their ancestor's traditions. But they realized it lately. By that time Christians took complete political control over Pagans (Whites or Romans). The moment they capture political power they dismantled age old Pagan (Whites or Romans) religious beliefs, culture, social traditions, books, Gods, libraries, temples.

For several Millennia Whites (Pagans or Romans) accumulated knowledge and wealth, but it was destroyed by Christians in moments time. Whites (Pagans or Romans) did not get any chance to fight back. Julian the Apostate tried to bring back the glory for Pagans (Whites) but it was already late.

That was the beginning of Dark Ages in Europe. The Whites lost the wealth of knowledge that their forefathers accumulated over several Millennia. The first act that was committed by Christian zealots after capturing power was to destroy books and great Libraries in Europe, Africa (Alexandria) and Asia. They destroyed Great Pagan (Whites) Temples and Sacred places throughout Europe.

That is how the most tolerant people (Whites) on this planet transformed into most intolerant ones. Since then the destruction of Native cultures is going on all over the world.
