Why Hindu leaders, not only stupid but also short sighted bigots. These idiots should observe and study others for answers. It is not a rocket science. They collect money from people and build more idols and ornaments for those idols. One day the soul harvesters invade and loot the wealth stashed in Temples or idiotic Government control and divert money to support Christians and Muslims, as it is happening in India.
Invest on people. Recruit millions of them into paid religious employment to serve fellow Hindus. Create a self sustained leader (pioneer) in each one of them. They will address all the problems faced by Hindus globally. That gives solid organizational structure for Hindus in par with Christians and Muslims. You know that Church and Muslim Masques are the largest employers in the world. They built in a reward and carrier advancement in the system, when some one harvest more souls they get more money and get carrier advancement. There are tens of thousands of Hindu youth joining Christianity for such allurements; quick money and advancement in carrier and name recognition. White Christians (British) implemented this technique rule over India for 250 years. They recruited able bodied Hindus into Military, Police and Bureaucracy to rule over poor, illiterate and half-brain caste conscious Hindus.
Islam and Christianity used the fundamental principle of producing pioneers (adventurers) who can venture into foreign lands and conquer people over there for religion and wealth for their Pope and Kings.
White Christians (British) produced such pioneers who can single handedly penetrated into virgin lands and claimed natives, native lands for Christianity and Briton respectively. Similarly Muslims produced adventurers to invade non-Arabs to conquer them. With ten years of Muhammad's death Islam captured half of the world.
The technique is simple. The reward, risk and goal. As a individual adventurer they get 1/4th of the spoils, 1/4th of the spoils go to religious leaders and 1/2 go to Islam. And Pope implemented the same technique by sending Crusaders. There is a risk, reward and religious goals.
The timid Hindu leaders denying that chance to Hindus. Think about it. After 1200 years of foreign rule, they got independence and surrenders it to lone Italian White Christian Women with out any fight. Shame you Hindu leaders.

Majority of Hindus are functional illiterates. This is the reason why minorities ruling Hindus for the last 1200 years. Since Mohammad bin Kasim invaded Sindh in 710AD, India was under Muslims, Christians. Even after independence Hindus lost power to Italian White Christian Women with out any fight.
